A plan + the ARCTimer™ will improve productivity and achieve fast ROI.
The ARCTimer™ is a low-cost, accurate, and reliable arc weld productivity timer. An organization cannot improve productivity without information. With a plan that fits your organization, the ARCTimer will record the actual arc-on time for each welder or machine in your facility. This information can then be used for various objectives. Productivity Information

The demands of the welding industry require constant diligence to improve productivity, ensure quality, and lower costs. The achievement of these goals is the vested interest of many entities throughout the enterprise. In order to direct action that yields productivity and cost saving improvements, accurate real-time weld process information is paramount. The ARCAgent™ family of arc weld monitoring products provides powerful, robust information which can be used to direct cost saving measures.
Weld Process Information

There has been a conscious effort to rejuvenate the practical application of "science" in the welding profession. The ARCAgent™ family of weld monitoring systems, and the 3000P in particular, provide the welding engineer and technicians with scientific, empirical data and information about the welding process. Would a heart specialist be effective without real-time and historical data from a heart monitor? Would an accountant be as efficient or accurate without a calculator? The quick and easy information derived from an ARCAgent™ system will help you improve your processes and significantly aid with troubleshooting efforts.
Weld Process Control Monitoring

Quality control starts with {bubbletip}process control{/bubbletip} . In welding, basic process control includes the monitoring of input parameters like: number of welds, duration of each weld, real-time welding inputs like amperage, voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow as several others. Monitoring these parameters takes a weld quality program from out-of-control to in-control in a matter of minutes. Any production welding process will benefit from process control monitoring.
Weld Process Quality Monitoring

IMPACT offers a high-end solution for monitoring and detecting weld defects. Some in our industry demand an "iron curtain" defense. For welding, no system can offer such confidence because the definition of a weld defect is highly subjective. No single technique is ever going to provide a "silver bullet." To monitor weld process quality, the ARCAgent 2000 and 3000deploy a "layered defense." Two additional detection algorithms have been developed to specifically look for and identify weld anomalies. Weld Signature™ Analysis (available in the 2000 & 3000 ) and Advanced Weld Signature™ Analysis (available in the 3000) dig deep into the high-speed raw data and extracts pertinent information and features about the welding process. If weld quality is of utmost importance, IMPACT recommends the deployment of weld process quality monitoring equipment to ensure your welds are in-process, stable and repeatable.
